Arrow Koni adjustable front struts - Good initial damper setting?

Those of you that have a Koni adjustable front strut insert would you be able to tell me what a good initial setting is for best all around handling? Would you adjust it different for daily driving than say autocross or is the adjustment mainly just for fine tuning?

I did mine for daily driving and did it 1.5 turns all around and it was pretty stiff already right now I'm at .5 turn due to my baby riding with me

To what I remember reading when I installed mine 1.5 was recommended for both the road course and daily driver
