TVS 1320 snout bearings

Has anyone ever replaced their snout bearings on a Harrop 1320 LSJ supercharger? I think mine are on their way out and I have the bearings on hand I'm just trying to get an idea on what it will take to replace them.

Well I got to looking closer and it isn't my snout bearings. My damn supercharger pulley is only held on by one bolt. The rest of them appear to have sheared off. I don't know how tf this happened because I have never removed my supercharger pulley. I've been running it for over 2 years now. Never thought to check bolts I've never touched. Hopefully the hub isn't all fubared from the pulley wobbling on one bolt. Will upload pictures when I get time.

id be replacing that hub and pulley. not only are the bolts going to be a bitch to remove from the hub, the threads will likely be damaged, the pulled holes are elongated, and the centering hole will also be elongated. nothing will index properly and being off center just a hair on something that turns 15k + rpm might not be something you can feel, but it will kill the snout bearings.

I was planning on replacing the pulley for sure I just didn't know how easy it would be to find a hub. Finding parts for this supercharger this far has been a nightmare. You know where some hubs may be available?

OTTP does sell the hub on their site and I have it ordered. Also bolts are m6X1.0 12mm long pretty sure.
