I think I know the vehicle you are talking about 08inbama. Is it Wingless? I do not know the guy personally but have seen the vehicle around.

And as far as the SRT-6 was it the light blue color? If so I have seen him around and he came in BestBuy a while back to get some car audio work done, the car seemed totally stock. He goes(or went) to UNA and lives in that area.

And with meets We always go to Import Alliance and I love it, I went even when I had the Pontiac and Had a great time, so now that I have the Z I cannot wait to go. The Spring meet is April 17th in Atlanta. Typically around 1k cars attend it and Over 4500 were at the Summer meet last year in Nashville we went to.

The main thing my buddies go to is the Saturday night meets at autozone but we are thinking about moving it to a new spot cuz it gets annoying with all the beater hondas showing up. One of my buddies just bought an Evo 8 and he is gonna start coming to the meets with us.

We went to autozone last night and some Doucher with a black Camaro kept tryin to race us. We pretty much just laughed him away until he left. Other than that just the normal Florence Fail was there.

the thing with my car in this town is, a lot of people know it now... if they haven't seen it run, they probably know someone who has... I get people walking up to me all the time at gas stations asking of races I had against someone they knew.... other than a couple s/cs, no one here really has a modded Cobalt so I guess word gets around, the same used to be true with my GTP... it was "the fast grand prix" everywhere I went, lol

$1,500 in my whole set up, with BOV and re-tune.

375-400 whp is perfect for where i want to be on the HHR SS at this point in time, maybe int he future when I have the car paid off I might put some rods, pistons and go +450 whp turbo.

i'll be coming up 157, its almost a straight shot for me from Tuscumbia until the turn on 77... i'd gladly meet you at the junction of I-65 and 157

everyone says Steele sucks though so don't expect to shatter any records... the guys I used to know with the turbo GTPs would lose more than a couple of 1/10ths from Montgomery to Steele

has nothing to do with being back on time for me, has to do with the fact Friday I get off at 5:30.......in the middle Butt **** Egypt, also known as Western Tennessee... it takes me an hour to get back to my house that is 6:30... shower and ****: 7:15ish at the earliest... 2:30 minute drive I'm getting there about 10:00 at best

or Sunday:

wake up at 8:00, get ready... be at Steele at 11:00

How much is it just to watch on Sunday?

Oh yeah, I was gonna hit the dyno this week (and surprise you guys with results) but stupid ass evap code popped up yesterday (cleared it and it came back), so I just put down $47 for 2 GM solenoids to fix the damn thing (the one on the intake and the one by the gas tank).
Not sure I need both but its hard to diagnose exactly which one is bad. I'm thinking the vent solenoid on the tank since I like to overfill (learned my lesson on that one if it turns out to be the culprit).

Yeah I could probably get it fixed under warranty but I'm not letting those asshats touch my car. It would go in with needing something simple fixed and they would **** up 3 other things why in there.
