Well you beat a 2011 Mustang GT from a roll race 2 weeks ago down at the Clutch Spec meet, so I would find it very friggin hard to believe you are making less then 320-300 whp.
It wasn't the first time that guy in the Mustang has raced that thing from what people were telling me.

Well I just put a cai on not tuned 4. Waiting on that along with tune off tc button and only have 5lbs of boost in 1st I wanna try 12. Also try a 3500 launch control settings. The 2 I lost one was a missed gear. The other was a bad start sitting there was rolling top light went out so I was backing upand lights changed so I had to get from r to 1st in less them a second. Then 1/2 down the track it started pulling to the wall so I let off. These guys can tell u it's a shitty shitty track built on a swamp

Yep only 1/4 mile track in North Alabama and its crap.
Yeah, you shouldn't lose to a stock Cobalt SS/TC. I knew driver error had to be the contributing factor.
Not having the CAI tuned is hurting you and I bet you wish you were running E85 last night.
I got my boost bumped up to 10 psi and use 65% launch setting, but I think I'm gonna have to end up having it turned back down again since I have a light weight FW now.
Haha, maybe you, me and Adam all need to drive up to Elizabeth Town, KY one weekend and have James (ChevyCobaltss) tune us.
Its about 5hrs away, 1 way from where I live.
or
we could go to the meet in May in Bowling Green Kentucky at the Corvette museum, hes tuning there. . (although I like a litte more attention done to my tune)
Plus it would only be 3 hrs away from where I live.
Oh yeah they are going to the drag strip after the corvette museum.

Yeah eventually, but I'm not going to tune my own car right off the bat. (he only charges like $200 for a tune on your car man, mine cost $50 more)
I'll let someone else do that with more experience and learn HPT over time.
To much to learn as far as tuning goes and I like my car to be driveable.
E85 stations
(4) Birmingham
(4) Muscle Shoals (Adam?)
(4) Florence
(there are more listed in Alabama, our whole state is tagged with em if you go to the map on that site)
E85 Prices ť Alabama
Also supposedly Athens, either has one or is getting one right off Exit 351 (was suppose to be put in April 2008 but I can't find it) and Cullman also.
Closest to me right now that I could verify would be jet pep in Madison.
I read a report that Kentucky, Tennesse, Alabama are suppose to have E85 stations lined all up and down I-65.
From what I read a person should be able to drive from Alabama to Indianapolis with E85 readily available.

But imo you will never beat and actual tune by a tuner with them tuning it in person.
Looks like I'll be driving up by myself.

I wouldn't be going up till later in April or some time in May.
I got alot of college exams coming up within the Month of April.
Np James, I will pm you when I get ready, but the above is the time frame I'm looking at, mostly likely in May.

60' is your killer
we need a track day and i'll let you ride with me... PS, don't use LC on the strip
get the 1/8th down to the 8.9-9.0 range and you'll be low 13s... get it in the 8.70 or lower range and you'll be in the 12s... at Steele that probably isn't going to happen... but low/mid 13s should be doable
I threw all my slips away from a couple of weeks ago when I had the boost limited to 5psi but even that night i was turning 2.3s and running high 8s/low 9s and trapping 84-85mph... the 1st 60' usually decides what your run is going to look like

Yes 3 bar sensors + full bolt ons minus intake (no one makes one better then the factory HHR SS CAI yet) and the BNR GT2871.
I also have my Spec 3+ clutch installed.
I also have a Tial BOV VTA, no MAF relocate.
