~19 month's and counting....im paying it off before i mod it...i am gonna lower it pretty soon though....set it on the GROUND!
if im gonna be slow, im gonna be low!
ive seen 1 other car like mine (blue flash metallic in the TRUE sport trim)
i did the research before we bought the first ss and since she couldnt drive a stick at the time we opted for the ss n/a...and with the lsj supercharger (EVERYTHING swap's) it should put down close to ~300/260...and i can run e85 since i live in birmingham only problem ima have is the largest pulley i can run is a 2.9" and that limit's this car SOOOO much it shave's 50whp off what i could put down in this car...BUT!!!!!! the le5's internal's are forged like the lnf's from what ive read it hold's close to 500whp....so the sky's the limit lol...
supercharger with nitrous....i want an 11 second semi luxury hotrod lol....

LNF=Turbocharger
I have a Saab ecotec metal manifold,(new) and a SS log style ecotec turbo manifold sitting here at the house.
I was going to turbo my 04 Saturn Ion QC, till I found out I had the 1 year computer that no one had unlocked. Every other friggin year was unlocked. (knowing my luck its finally unlocked now)
Thus why my paid off Ion got traded in on a HHR SS.

the le5 is actually a great engine to build... but its just slow as **** until you do, lol
if you're wanting to put $5000 in an engine, its by far the better choice than the LSJ... the LSJ is great until about 350whp... then the cost associated with getting it to 450whp is absolutely ridiculous
the factory forging of the LNF and LE5 make that possible MUCH cheaper, right now though you can get a LSJ cheaper than a LNF, so in the end, its still the better buy(for 450+whp)... but that won't be for long, as these cars get older, they'll get cheaper... it'll eventually be where the cost from s/c to turbo is just a $1000 or so, then the LNF will have that advantage, the good thing with the LE5 is it was in the N/A SS Cobalt, the '08+ Sport(until 2010?), and the Pontiac G5 GT so there are plenty of them out there, more so than the LSJ and LNF
it will definitely become the popular ecotec to build in a couple of years
