well what sucks for you and crystal is that red is the most expensive color of paint period....

but ill see how much red i have left after crystals car and divide the can by how much she will need and then you will need....

 

its going to be a long time before ill have it painted, so go ahead and handle hers.

i dont know yet... but i think her bumpers... and i have a cavalier that needs a spoiler painted...

lol i like the work. and i got you a job when we get home. got a friend here needs his bike painted he just wants charcoal gray. he said he will just bring u the pieces and pick them up

 

sweet i have a pewter gray in stock that it is more than enough to paint a bike with...ill spray something with it to day so you can see the color...and i love bikes because you can pretty much just take them apart... lol

also josh when you coming home??? i have been meaning to ask you that...

 

I think Josh is coming back for 2 weeks in Dec. & back for good in April.

 

shes right unless i stay another yr. but this guy isnt staying another yr here lol. can u get him a price? its gonna be a crotch rockket. now sure if your gonna have to sand them or not

 

there are a lot of variables in a price...but i can try to get him a guestimate....

but i know it will be a quart of paint....

also if there is no deep scratches or anything to fill that will make it cheaper...

a quart or so of clear....

also depends if he likes the color i already have....if he does then that is going to make things A LOT cheaper...

a quart of grey is probably 85-90
clear is 40
labor 40

so im thinking TOPS 200 maybe/probably less...

also if he disassembles it and brings it to me then that makes it cheaper on him...

i might be able to go a little lower if he wants to go with a cheaper paint but that paint im using is VERY NICE...

its pretty much ppg top of the line...so its good...

also how dark of a grey does he want?? i have a pewter color and a silvery/gunmetal color already...that would lower his price b/c i would only charge him half of the paint cost because i wont have to order it...but since we are doing a whole re-paint on the bike he can pick ANY color he wants and i will make it work...

ALSO is he gonna want it done in december area or all the way in april???

 

probly in april... im comeing home in dec not him. well he comes home in jan. i could talk to him and see about pulling the parts off. and what not then. then when we get home they will be ready

 

ooo ok yea....if he does that then i will wetsand and buff them for nothing...

i just need to get some revenue going in this little side business....

 

he said he will be more then willing to drop them off in jan while hes home for 2 weeks. and the gun metal gray would be great. can u get a example something painted for him?

also if he wants anything custom done (heavy metal flake, or some other things) he can have that done for no extra labor charge just the supplies...
