Trifecta tune
we put it on my car about 6:00 yesterday evening... have done no data logging yet so been kind of taking it easy, but had to do a run(or two )...
against a car that I went nose to nose with on the superchips tune, I put over a car on him in the same race, so its definitely a lot faster... not to mention the driveability, greatly improved
oh yeah, they are having some Import Face off at Montgomery drag strip next weekend(5/16) some friends of mine are going and I MAY tag along, not really an import guy but I'm sure fun will be had on the interstate on the drive in, lol

Glad you like your Trifecta tune. A guy from down around Mobile is going to be coming up to UAH May 14,15,16 for his daughter's graduation and wants to get together with me to compare our HHR SS's, we should see if we can get a few peps together and meet in Huntsvilleon one fo those days for a bite to eat and talk cars, just and idea.
I'm thinking about going to this http://www.hotrod.com/2010/powertour/index.html if I can drive my HHR SS by the date. A forum member on HHR.net who works for GM in Michigan is going to be there running the car test for the GM challenge at the Birmingham show.

i'm free next weekend(or should be)...
and Paul I know your ride is much faster than before as well, but you'll be shocked how much faster mine is now than with the SC tune... ESPECIALLY 3rd gear, 2nd doesn't really feel all that stronger(from around 40-65ish, what makes up a 2nd gear pull) but from 3rd on, its a whole new car... and 3rd gear rolls used to be one of my weak spots(and are pretty common seeing as how that is where you would start from a 65 roll on the highway, not that I condone that or anything, lol) but not anymore...
the difference is probably about the same as when you went from GMS1 to the Trifecta tune honestly as the SC tune dynos roughly the same as the GMS1 tune...
also the driveability is MUCH better now, before 1st gear was jerky as hell, the car wanted to fall on its nose after the 1-2 shift, etc... all of that has been cleared up, I told Vince to cut my boost to 5psi but it still boosts around 7psi in 1st, but that is cool with me, because my tires grab pretty nice anyway so 5 probably would have been too low
also, whats wrong with the HHR?

not the end of July(as in last week going into August... I leave out July 29th and not coming back home until August 3rd... that is IF the oil stays off Gulf Shores, we have a condo rented for the week down in the Gulf, but we have a back up plan at Daytona beach, just in case... paid deposits on both, if the oil stays away, we'll cancel the one near Daytona and stay in Bama
that is why I love and hate summer, so much **** to do, so little time to actually do it... from Memorial day on, I have several things in the works... and that bad ass concert is July 19th as well in Huntsville, my brother and friends are really wanting to hit that up
just let me know ASAP so I can get things orchestrated and make time... the thing is the concert isn't until Sunday night, so that weekend, i'd have at least all day Saturday, and a lot of Sunday(don't think it starts to around 5:30 that evening)... could at least use Sunday to travel back home

Either of those weekend is fine with me.
I do want to hear more details about whats planned though
We are all kind of spread out in Alabama, good news is that its mainly from Birmingham to up north. The fellas in Tennessee have get togethers in Nashville (me and 08inBama went to that), Memphis and Knoxville. We are also having a meet coming up in Alabama that we are currently discussing.
