Yeah, they charged like 350 for the tune, and didnt get nearly the gain he told me he would. When I went there, we did a dyno pull and he said he could get me 20-30hp from the tune. After the tune I gained 7hp
I'm hoping he wont charge very much for the tuning with the new pulley. I figure since he already did most of the tuning, all he would have to do is minor adjustments to count for the pulley..

Yea, I remember we had to keep going, left, right, left right at one point it was rediculous haha. But its better than the occassional trip to Upstate NY, done that tooo many times and hate it. Last time was cool though cause I took my SS and got to beat a new mustang on the way back in PA

Guys remember... as soon as I get my HP Tuners I will start tuning SS/SC's.... for PROVEN gains not just someone who doesn't know what they are doing!
you will be fine without the tune... I'll get you a good tune for it!

Once I get a list of all the cars that need tuning... and their mods I'll email them to you Bryan.
We'll see whos first.... the one I know of with the most mods is RedEcotec.
Most are stage 2, catback, 2.9 cars... from what I have seen!

Hey if anyone knows someone in the market to buy a Cobalt SS I am itching to sell mine.... no hurry or anything....
Just let me know.... I will leave most mods on it minus the small pulley and water injection!
18k miles, G85 with Recaro's..... Put the word out very well built, and fast Cobalt!

cause the T/C is a Gm performance disgrace..... with a non-tunable engine and computer. what u C is what u get. with no stage kits coming like the S/C. i bought a 2008 cobalt witha 2003 Saab 9-3 engine in it. thats all. the handling isnt as great as that german track suggests. also..

i'll say in another month hahn and synapse will have flash's out if hptuners holds good to their word......and i dont think u'll have to worry about much bc u can always run it richer especially with the DI since u can run such high flow rates.......
