lnf08ecotec - when did you get the black 08? I suspect that was the car they were trying to sell me, but I wasnt willing to wait. When I got my vic. red, They told me they had two SS's coming in on order, a black and a red one, and they did some wheeling and dealing to get me this one from the depot in South Carolina since they could get it sooner.
As far as I can tell, mine was the first one in North Carolina.

its as much as I want it to be, lol....but about 2.5" drop in the rear...and probably 3" up front.....I set it a lil higher than I had it on my ss/sc bc I had it slammed with the tires tucked and a whole lotta positive camber........i'd get coilovers....they r worlds above basic lowering springs and u can set the ride comfort based on ur damper settings....
i just got mine and no its not the same black one they have sold another black b4 mine...

i pretty much all over charlotte. Work by the airport but live south of Concord for now, new home will be South Charlotte. Drive up and down 77 from Mooresville to Rock Hill.
You can come to Charlotte and talk to myself or SunburstSS. Not sure if Mdub in Raleigh is tuning yet.

Yea I need a tune also. But I'm going to wait into I order an intercooler, smaller pulley and spark plugs. I'm going to order that next week. How well does ZZPs intercooler work? They are the only ones that have it in stock and they are cheap. How much would you or sunburst charge if I went down there for a tune?

LMAO!
Hey, does anybody on here have a wire feed welder or a small stick welder. I had a sudden strike of inspiration about my turbo build. I was going to order a T25-TD04 Adapter from Vulcan, but i remembered that I already made a TD04 Flange, so i went to my shed and put the flange up the the turbo, and one hole lines up, no gaps in the inlet hole, so i can weld the TD04 Flange straight to the manifold and fill in the existing bolt holes (beside the one) but i don't have a welder. Also, i have a downpipe flange for the turbo and some pipe laying around that fits perfectly, so once i get the manifold finished, i can do a mock up downpipe and weld it all together. Then order my intercooler piping, go get some misc oil/coolant lines and give vince a call !!!
So somebody help me out here!!

i pulled it up and said to the wife "hey, there is my old trunk lid" and she laughed. good times. still down for that turbo install? It should be within a few months (assuming i get a decent job) all i have to do is mod the manifold, make the dp, and order some misc. parts and it's ready for install.

if there is a meet close to charlotte, someone let me know please!
and question, which short shifter is better, the Hurst or the B&M
i like the ball on the Hurst, but i have heard the B&M is way better quality.

M-Dub will be available for tuning after Thursday or Friday this week because his HP Tuners Pro is finally going to arrive so if you contacted him before about a tune you can PM me and I'll relay the message to him
He will be able to tune LSJ's and LNF's so if you're turbo u won't be left out....
M-DUB can be reached at via email:
mdub25200@gmail.com
He needs the name of owner, year of car, and all of the car's mods
