It's part of the game, you gotta' pay to play and if you want your car to handle and stick to the road like his does that is what you have to do!
massive craters on I40 at high speeds or 13x mph on 540 during our logs lol......If I were riding on stock suspension we'd be dead...lol....no jk though......

ok so i saw 2 red SS's today, one a TC and one an SC. saw both of them going north on I85. i passed the TC and made sure you saw me, lol, and then i was going south and saw the SC going north.

and kevin, a subframe brace is something that supports the unidoby frame better. less body roll. thats all i can say about it.

its a brace that goes between the two lower control arm mounts, effectively boxing the engine subframe (it goes right under the engine/transmission). Supposed to stiffen the chassis from the bottom end, much like a strut brace is supposed to do for the top. Although a strut brace is debatable if it does any good on our cars, and I really don't know if this brace does any good... . The other mods do... I enjoy taking onramps at 90 mph , and throwing the passengers around by pulling more than a G through some turns.

I do not recommend Rebel Auto Worx's bar. Horrible quality. I could have done better welds blindfolded. It only takes about 15 minutes to install.. If it fits right... which mine didnt. I had to grind the holes larger to make it line up right. TTR is considering making one soon, though - I am sure their quality will be much better.

My friends girlfriend was in the back seat the other day while I was going on the onramp onto 540 from capitol blvd (those from around Raleigh will know that one well). It pushed her down into the opposite seat and she could NOT get up until I straightened out .

here is a pic of where the bar goes (before pic): BTW these are not my pics.

and after (installed):

My balt scrapes on every speed bump. I even have a dent in my downpipe and the 90* bend from the back of the resignator that goes to the drivers side is only 2" high.

Sorry d00d, but springs got nothing on the adjustability of coilovers...

But if everything goes according to plan... the S/C will be gone tomorrow!

Amen to that... but the downside is having to adjust them just right - its easy to make it handle worse if its not done right. Id like to eventually go with coilovers - but I need a track nearby to tune them right (after cornerweighting)
