You'll be fine man, seriously! I have been tuned for over 2 years, lnf08ecotec has been tuned for his cars whole life and hasn't had any warranty issues aside from his tires and that was due to the coilovers not the tune!

99% of dealers won't even look unless given a reason to look!

its just so sketch it seems. what would be a reason for them to look? and i heard they can tell if the stock is re-flashed on. plus i what would happen when i go to get the GM stage one? i heard there is a tune involved with that.

Lets say... you pop your motor, or kill your turbo, brake an axle, stuff like that it will void your warranty but I will go out and say all of said things they can trace back to "ABUSE" which will void your warranty anyway.

So I just say have fun with the car! I have years of tuning and flashing on my car and have yet to have a single warranty issue!

The will be hung down at National Speed for the Feb 7th meet. After that, we figured we could use it at car shows, lay in front of our cars, stuff like that.

Yes, it is still under warranty, and yes my car has always been tuned like crazy! What about the GMPP tune...

It's up to you but if you want max power custom tunes are always worth their price in GOLD!

GM's tune will be in the 5-750.00 range plus another 100-200 for install... for their claimed numbers (which are CRANK by the way) vs. mine that is $300 and dyno proven WHP power!

well i tought the tune came with the stage kit.
would you be able to go in and adjust the stage 1 tune? then flash it back to stage 1 if needed?

^yea exactly. The whole purpose of getting the stage kit is get get more HP while still being under GM warrenty. If your gonna tweak the stage tune you might as well just not get it and youll be pushin 21 pounds of un-warrentied boost for alot cheaper

yea i know. i just have no idea what iw wanna do. i thought the stage one would have an intake that way it will be under warranty with that then tweak the GM tune a little. idk. im just thinking out loud so to speak.

^I dont know what it comes with exactly. i want that hahn intake bad. But by the time I save enough for that maybe some1 else will come out with a nice one. Like Injen or something. Thats how i justify not selling my xbox to get a hahn intake and just sucking it up lol

Hahn's specifically designed intake > Injen's mass produced crap anydays. Don't get me wrong....I mean I have an AEM on my car.....and AEM/Injen/Fujita/etc are nice....but Hahn has been specializing in Ecotecs for years now. So I would imagine they have more know how on how to produce specific products for Ecotecs, including an intake, better than a company that mass produces intakes for all makes/models of cars.
