Absolutely.....if it is 4 things that are visible, they cannot deny you. Tint, chrome rims, spoiler, custom mesh grill.....you're in!

Nope...it's free. Just turn in where the big Ferris wheel is and drive straight ahead and you will see a sign that says "cruiser registration". You drive up to the guy there and tell him everything and he hands you a form to fill out.
