My theory on the running out of fuel deal. Its not the intake but the whole big picture of mods. With all the mods on brandons car, boost is coming on WAY too soon, hence why it is running out of fuel. (It will do this in HPTuners too) What needs to be done is to shift the boost to build, instead of spike and hold. Only reason I recommended to go back to stock intake, is because its easier to dial in, and a bit more consistant.
