Anything can happen in 2 years... You sign that contract and have to break it and pay the penalty, you might have been better off get "buttraped" by ***...

in so many ways.

My Random BS of the day:

I got HP Tuners to add a table to the LSJ tune file. (well its in there Queue to do) Its nothing major I just want to be able to set my Idle RPM for cold warm up higher than 1300 and the program only allows desire 1296 RPM at the highest.

I noticed on the 2.2 LS tunes they have a Max Idle RPM table, which the LSJ doesnt, so I think that is what is limiting my idle from reaching what I desire.

qwest just got bought out.

i love direct tv and the customer service, but when orderd through or bundled with qwest you have to go through qwest of any repairs or anything. i had a hell of a time getting my install done right becuase they bounced me back and forth on who was supposed to do it like 12 times.

but my bundled bill for direct tv and qwest internet is only 88 a month, and i have both the top tier packages.

They just raised their rates on their cable to 69.99, so my total bill was going to be 69.99 + 40 (preferred 'net) + 8.50 for the box and tax to come out to around 123 a month. I said **** that and called to cancel cable side since we don't watch it a ton anyway, and they offered a 2 year price lock at 29.99 for cable and my bill is going to be 82 a month for the same service I currently have.

Also, their cancellation fees aren't terrible - it's pro-rated at 10 bucks per month left in the contract, so if you cancel after a year it's 120 dollars. If you're pissed about their price increase just call to cancel and see if they make an offer for your business. They know DirectTV is out there signing people up on 2 year contracts for 29.99 (+ 15 after the first year), and they want to compete.
