My sedan with TF E85 tune and AB Mod only:

@ 3200 ft of elevation

STFT's are off because of the TF operating system, and LTFT's are dead on.

Anyone want to organize a dyno day for next month? Perhaps the 10th or 17th? Maybe post up on the AZFT site...I would, but my work filter doesn't like it. Not sure if there is someone that normally puts these together or if it's just the first guy that gets a hold of Keith @ AZdynochip.

bleh...

Car might be getting parted out.

My Options:

1. Take it back to Jason, of course you don't know how long his warranty is going to stretch and if I'm going to have to pay to have him put it all back together AGAIN just for it to break in 4 months AGAIN.... Of course he hasn't responded to my e-mail yet either.

2. Sue Jason

3. Buy 4T40E | 4T45E | Performance Transmission That and have Quality Transmission Inc. take the diff out of my transmission and put it into this one for me.

4. Buy ZZP's auto tranny and do the same as above, I can't seem to find it though...

5. Part the car out and start with a new platform that will get me to where I want to be.

Input? Thoughts?

This.

Its horse **** that it was "Built" and blew twice and you had to pay the first time even though it had a warranty. He knew what the car had in it because he installed the turbo. Its not like he didnt know what was going into it when he warrantied the tranny.

do you have bank transactions or proof of cash withdrawls? I know you have testimony from friends and witnesses. which he wont. either way it wont be something that happenes quickly. I say get Monica fixed, then worry about recooping the cost from Jason.

Maybe what you can do it get the car fixed, then take him to court for the cost of fixing his mistakes...atleast that way you get back something.

Do you have the warranty paperwork or any shipping information? If he didn't keep any receipts for his records, hes committing tax fraud more than likely.

Just because you can't get him on the phone, doesnt mean you can't go over there with a few large friends.

He's given me no paperwork of any kind, no receipts, nothin! And don't worry the IRS will be getting a call. because if I remember correctly I've given him $4500... or something close to that extent...

Don't know what me and a few big friends are gonna be able to do though to be honest.

meh, some mean mugging goes a long way sometimes. Its easy to be an ass over the phone, but when there is face to face involved things can go a different route. Start some complaints with the better business bureau too. Its a start.
