So my car is misfiring hardcore once I hit 13psi wtf.
I thought I was getting belt slip but I stayed in it and popped a random misfire code. You guys think I should try lowering the gap on my plugs?

That's because you need valve springs... the l61 can't supposrt anymore boost than that...

Not true.If he was turbo I would agree, but seeing I'm running 13 psi as well with no misfires under WOT,he's fine.Boost is just a measurement of restriction,it's the airflow that counts. The M62 doesn't flow for ****.

And I will disagree with your disagreement Look at Chris's LT.That thing had 160,000 on it with a 2.7 pulley at like 14-15 psi.Never hiccuped until he blew out the rings.Never had valve train issue.Again, turbo's flow more than the M62,thus why you were floating valves.
Jerry:Re-gap your plugs down to .030(that's what most of the SC j-body and delta's are running with no problem)if the problem persist,Sounds like a build soon.Maybe you lost more compression? You need to get some parts so we can do work on that thing.
