I just didn't have money to fix it anymore, I just bought a house so that got me pretty broke lol
I just sold it cuz I didn't have any more money and the engine I bought wasn't going to work so I got rid of it

Wow dude that sucks... You could have easily gotten a lot more for that thing. Did you actually find out what the issue was? Could have been something as simple as replacing a piston. which would have cost you less than buying an L61. The you could have sold the car working which could be around 8K I would think...

Im still lost as to why the L61 would replace the LSJ though... Did you think it was an LSJ orginally?

The car was a salvage title. I bought it for 5500 2 years ago.

I'm not sure, like I said I just bought a house so gonna just get something to ride for now. I was thinking about gettin a 2.2 cobalt since I have an engine so incase the engine goes out I'll have a replacement, not sure yet though.

This. I would love a big turbo hardtop S2000. Slickest gearbox on the planet and one of the most fun cars to drive IMHO.

This except I would go with an auto as the M6 is more likely to break. Some of the Auto guys are making 600 whp on the stock trans without many failures but the M6 guys are breaking a lot of transmissions.
