Called dyno comp about doing the 4t65e they said that they wouldnt touch it and referred me to ken at acclaim transmission. He said that its never been done before. After I told him about ZZP's car... he said that for the price it would cost to have my car where I want it to be I could go buy a new M3 or S4 'a car that's actually made to handle power' evidently he doesnt understand much about cars and resale value... what an idiot. He also said that he wouldnt do a F23 swap on the car because I wouldn't able to drive it legally and that it would never pass emissions because the vin would show an automatic, but the ir would be a manual in the car. Not too sure about this one either... Anyone know?
Still waiting to hear back from Goodspeed and Gerard at the other place...
Anyone else know of any shops around here that might be willing to take on my catastrophe of a project?

this is a good idea actually....then put a LSD in the trans and been good to go, or even get a low miles trans put LSD in then swap, still not 15000 and gives you f23 status...

Was that your black one that looks all stock??^^^^
Chris(LSJ) and I yanked a SRT-4 driving home.Guy pulls next to me while cruising on the 202 and blows off.I give him a nod like"whaddup" and he does the same then drops to 4th and slightly gets on it.I drop to 3rd and give it a little then he drops another gear and we go.For as short of a pull it was we were dead even.Traffic opens up and LSJ Chris lines up with us and we go.They both got the hit on me but I was in 2nd this time. Not sure how Chris did but I was maybe a car or 2 ahead of the SRT 4 I think,I couldn't see how far back he was.Chris's car with the new downpipe pops some mad ass flames haha.**** looked fkn cool.

It would be easier to just do a manual swap at that point. kinda ruins the whole point of having a manual car to swap over to.

but its cheaper! and we are only trying to help...in all honesty, it would be a good way for YOU to learn.
to me it WOULD be fun. and ive done it before. that with the receiving car, and tear it up then clean it paint the body whatever you want make sure its all legit, then tear into your car and swap it all over...in all honestly...not that hard..
but you never told me what is different?
