Lookie what i just bought....
It's an Eddie Bauer Edition, power everything, cruise control, and it all works. Also... has the awesome 5.0 EFI. Can you say Pre-Runner? Looking into some goodies from Camburg down the road as well. giggity.

I know what Pre-runner means, and this sin't going to be a full class 3 or true Pre-runner race truck or Trophy truck by any means, but it will get to glamis eventually, and maybe even pismo.
haha, i may be in the sandbox, but you have to remember, i've lived in socal all my life, there are a few guys in my neighborhood who build these thigs in their garage.
also, my brother just picked up a base base 2wd ranger, so that thing would be awesome if he will let me guide a build on it.

yeah, thanks paul. Haha
Yeah Justin, the back somes off, and will be off most of the time haha.
Rusty, send me pictures of this so-called truck. There is a very large difference between a lifted truck and a pre-runner.I mean, i can go online and buy any lift kit i see, install an exhaust, and some big ass tires. There is a LOT more to that. No offense, just saying i'm not a total newb when it comes to offroading. May semi-cage the motor, and install coilover shocks in this as well, nice and soft for the whoops.
Not sure if it doesm but we'll see. I have heard that same thing, and i guess we'll find out. If it hasn't been re-built, then its been trucking along fine for 128,000 miles lol.

Indeed, thanks for what you were willing to do matt! lol. We'll see how it runs, i am thinking of picking up a rebuild kit from summit, and maybe buying a cheap block, and building that. I want to build an engine, and i think this would be a bit more satisfying than the cobalt. we'll see what happens though, no need to get ahead of myself.

wow Will that hurts. Well I will send u some pics but i'm not talking about just a lifted truck. I'm notone of those jackasses that lifts a 2wd 2500 HD with a 12 inch lift and 40 inch tires and think i'm cool. I actually build true off road 4wheel drive rigs and have indeed done quite a few prerunners too. I work for a shop called Walker 4x4 all custom fab and stuff
Do you guys have a website?
lol, the bronco may be man enough to pull it off Eric, but it has rear drums
Going to pick these up when i get back to the states and some 33" BFG All Terrain T/A's

yea will like i said i know the difference between just lifting a truck or throwing a prerunner suspension and flares on it. Just cuz u do that dnt mean it's a prerunner or a 4 wheeler. I see those sad excuses everyday in fact we have fixed 2 of toys for ***** prerunners they fucked up and did wrong.lol. Well the site is under construction but I will send u some pics, just finished a prerunner 2 weeks ago actually.lol

nice man, i am on the fullsizebronco forums, and these guys build some amazing stuff. I love prerunners, and the way they look, screw monster trucks, i want travel! lol. I'm looking at some stuff from both Camburg, and Autofab. Can you guys build a front bumper with lights for a pretty reasonable price?
Again rusty i apologize, i just went back and read that post and it sounded really mean, i don't know what the hell i was thinking.

Here's mine. It's got 146k on it. It's an 88, 5.0 with the E4OD. It's my winter beater so I'm mainly concerned with it running and driving as opposed to off-roading.

i can't see the picture homes. Myspace and similar sites are blocked, as are photbucket and similar. Except imageshack for some reason.
I would imagine it has the E4OD on it, and i guess only time will tell. Its at a used car dealer, so i couldn't really get in contact with the previous owner. what part of it fails? how difficult is it to re-build?
