How you like Victorville??

So, i currently live in Pico Rivera and my job is moving next year from Walnut to Ontario right off the 15 fwy between the 10 fwy and 60 fwy. So, one of my options is for me to move around Ontario area, but for what i can buy in ontario/fontana area i can get a much better house up in Victorville. I have a friend up there and she says she likes it better then were i live. i been in Victorville and it looks decent but i was hoping to see if some of you can chime in......
1. How is AM traffic from Victorville to Ontario?(im off the 15fwy in Jurupa).....
2. how you guys live Victorville?
3. anything else i should know.....?

thanks.

I love in adelanto, its right next to victorville. Houses are definitely much cheaper. Victorville is ok, they'd not much to do, buy of your creative you'll be ok. I also commute the driver isn't bad on the mornings, but Fridays and anytime around four to Steven is a Pain to come back up. Hope that helps

Dude, victorville is fine. The traffic will be nowhere near as bad as near L.A. If your looking for a night life the clubs aint nothing to brag about. The thing I love about it is anything I want to do is within a reasonable driving distance. Snowboarding is a half hour away and so is silverwood for taking the boat out. Vegas is like 3 hours away and the beach is 2. victoria gardens is 30 min away six flags and Disney Land are like an hour and a half. Plus you get land up here when you buy a house which is great for my dogs and kids.

Only reason i ever go there is to get snacks/drinks and take a **** on the way to vegas lol

the houses are nice though and they are definately cheaper than oc/la prices but id rather live in ontario/pomona/rancho than waaaay out there lol

I personally would stick to the Ontario area if you can, I have spent a lot of time up in Victorville and although it has its positives it seemed too run down and most of the people there seem to be hooked on Meth..(some not all).

You guys are crazy. Theres nothing wrong with victorville. You serisouly gonna tell me that theres no drug use in onterio or riverside, and less crime. yeah right. Dont make judgements by driving through. It is a little BFE though, but thats what I like about it. My neibors are not right on top of me and I can actually park when I go to the store.

I used to go out there all the time when i was a kid to my aunts mobile home park and play in the dirt and chase bugs/lizards.

My aunt ended up selling it after it was broken into mulitple times by crack/meth heads so trust me i know wutsup.

And hey at least i have grass and not just dirt lol :P

used to live in the high desert for quite a while myself....things were pretty quiet up there till you started getting all the a**holes from LA and the surrounding area moving up there. used to be that you could drive around without having to worry about getting in an accident, now you have to treat it like a freaking obstacle course when driving cause of all the new idiots on the road up there.
