Just got in..

I just hit some Ford escape driving down a street close to my house. saw them moving forward and the light should have been green. I was looking for cross traffic. but still doing the kinda roll and before i knew it i hit the escape.

I believe i was traveling at about 3mph. left a small crack in their bumper but a huge gash in mine.

So yea now i have to find a new bumper im thinking about one from cobalt-addiction the Blitz front bumper. about how much do you think its going to cost to have it color matched for my Rally Yellow car.

will add pics soon.

Insurance is going to suck.. luckily this is my first incident

Real smart. He made a mistake, it happens, and is man enough to take care of it.

Don't claim it on your insurance if it's just your bumper.

Please don't get JUST a front bumper w/o the rest of a body kit. That never turns out well. The bumper doesn't look that great on a Cobalt, not having side skirts and a rear bumper to match isn't going to help the matter much.

For his car, I agree, but he's still going to take a hit for the damage to the Explorer. If it's not too bad, insurance probably won't be affected.

the only damage was a small crack on the underside of the bumper. best part there was already a dent in it from wat looks like a pole (wasn't me because if i did it, one there would be yellow paint on it, 2 my hood would be fucked, and 3 my car isn't that tall)

I do like the stock cobalt look but i would like something more aggressive.

Also to make this day perfect my dad got hit in his car too. so the complete passenger side of his 87 Chrysler Conquest Turbo is fucked and leaking oil.
