Anyone know anywhere a 2.2 can get the SAI flashed out? My dealer where I live wont do it. I want to remove the SAI system before I stall my Vibrant header. If anyone knows of anywhere the info would be appreciated!

 

its illegal to do, so no dealer will do it unless you have a friend who works at one. You'll have to get it removed with a tune. You can get an SCT tune or go through Trifecta. Both will be able to remove the CEL no problem.

 

Yeah I have a buddy that works at the dealership, but he doesn't want to take the chance of getting caught doing it. I was hoping there was something simpler then Trifecta since I don't really have many mods to need a full tune, and $300 dollars is a lot for just a SAI remove oh well, guess I will have to save up the cash for it.

 

i think he can do $50 (or $100?) tunes for simple things like code removal, or changing redlines, etc.

 

Cool I might email him tomorrow and see. I got to get a dp for the header first so I got time to think about it.
