What? No? Twas really easy, just dropped it right in. The hard part was getting the idler pulley/belt tensioner on and getting the belt on

did you get that bastard bolt in the bottom passenger side?

you can't get it without the alternator off, and i saw that the alternator was in, so i asked.

that redline looks good, and i like the deck of cars masking technique.

Yeah I took the alternator off after I realized I need to put that bolt in. One of the big problems was the two bolts that connect the lower intake manifold mount into the block. We couldn't find the right size, even after going to the hardware store. So I took some duck tape and 2 of the bolts that we had that were a little to small and wrapped the ends with a few layers of duct tape. Worked like a charm, they threaded right in.

hahaha funny you say that about the bottom bolt......scotty actually took the alternator off to get that bolt in. that was the extra 5 mins i explained...lol

ty ty about my car. i totally love it!! was on the fence for a long time about painting perfectly good polished wheels. i'm glad i did it!!

the card technique was slobalt_06's idea......everyone used them for their wheels....the man is a genius w/a paint can.
