I wish we could accomodate everyones dates, but in some review of the location, the days, and some discussion, we have decided to have the meet on June 6-8th (The main meet itself will be on the 7th). If there are a large number of people who cannot make this, we will discuss a resched, please PM (dont clutter here) so that I can get an idea for those that will def not be able to make this. (main post updated as well).

THank you CAsol, we will do the same thing here, and will also have each driver assigned to someone familiar with the route so that you can get back on track in case of an emergency situation of some sort...like those darned pitt stops lol
