The West Coast Kappa Car Club, (WCKCC) [Pontiac Solstice/Saturn Sky] will be having our annual Tahoe meet the same weekend so we can join up with you all. We will be staying at the Lakeland Village Resort. Please let us know the detail of this GM Tuner event so we can coordinate with you.

thats what I have herd of participants and coming from other states as in AZ,CA,OR,WA,NV,Canada. So hopefully they all come out.

 

ive also posted n sky, hhr, and soltice forumns, but only a few bites from those...

i was thinking, why not throw all the ecotec/cobalt/ion/sky/etc.. clubs together, kind of like an affiliation, like a web ring of websites, not changing names or anything, just be kind of like... *allies* if you will haha

 

Ive posted on numerous cobalt, ion, saturn, saab, hhr, jbody and a few other GM car sites to spark some interest in the event. More exact details will be coming shortly and all of the sites will be updated and a new head count will be taken.

On another note, I need people still interested in going and planning on staying the night in a hotel with the group (separate rooms OK), to get over to the West Coast GM Tuner Bash site and say so. I need to get moving on reservations for this!!!

blake just find a hotel that will give us group rates dont wait on everyone. ill repost with the info they need to reserve rooms. If the hotel asks say around 30-40 rooms will be a good minimum guess.

 

We need to do a new complete meet roll call or something and attach an option to stay in the hotel and whether or not they want a room for themself or are sharing with a few members?

Or if they want to just camp or find their own accomodations?

I need to know how many rooms to try and reserve and we are running out of time.

Nobody has let me know on West Coast GM Tuner Bash site about if they want to reserve a hotel room with the group for a discount. If we get enough interest I will call about it if not everyone is on their own!

Just want to make sure that people are still interested, I haven't heard much from anyone about it in a while!

 

im going for sure. dont know about if im getting a hotel... how much are reservations??? im not experienced with hotel reservations...
