hey james did the TB bolt right up to the saab? and so you only spent about 2500?

do you think the hahn level 5 is worth the 1500 more and be direct bolt on??? i want so bad.

it has a badass intake manifold, and im sure they would knock off 200 or so for having 60's and inj harness already....

then i would be selling my s/c and dual pass and manifold to makr up some of the 1500 extra... what do you think about this?

i really like the hahn setup with that intake manifold, the only thing i don't like is that they use an internally gated turbo. as far as the saab intake manifold, we had to have a tb adapter machined, it was like $80. the hahn setup is plug and play which is very nice, even though i'm more of a fan of custom setups, way cheaper!

hmm why would hahn use it if there is something better they are usually good about those types of things no? im not disagreeing or wanting to argue i just figure if its good to 23-25 psi and can make 400+ whp off that then would i even need to upgrade?

this is why im glad i ask before buy! and thanks for the info cole

internal gated turbos is a little flapper, and diaphragm solenoid very similar setup to the boost bypass solenoid on the sc, the biggest problem i have heard is that it's not as efficient. ie the gate is to small to allow the exhaust to bypass the turbine efficiently. or so thats how i understand it.

as hahn even explained themselves for the average joe consumer the internal gate is way cheaper and a hell of lot easier to setup.

thanks jimbo, alright well the only reason i dont wanna do a custom set up is i dont wanna run into problems and issues that must be sorted out as they come up! i would like something thats been proven and is able to do in a weekend (so monday morning i can go drive that bitch) i am a instant gratification type of guy, of all things i hate down time...
