I wonder what richie's been up to. Are we having another race between jason and richie? Who can rebuild their engine AGAIN and have their car up and running first?

Do you have to start from scratch again, or are you able to salvage some of the parts from your last build?

Can still use heads, intercooler, injectors, timing chain, valve springs, and headers. Plus im using my old rods, pistons, and block. Might have to take 1 rod out of my newer motor though.

did the cop looked under the hood? only carb legal intake is stock i think. you can file a trial by declaration take pix that your car is stock and that you cannot afford to take time off to take the car at a state ref. reason school and work, also before you file extend your court date. less chance of them remembering the ticket.

just file a trial by declaration tell em that he didnt even look under your hood or under your car to see if its been mod. take pix you dont even have to go to the state ref you just need 2 pay the bail if you win they give the money back. but do xtend your court date. If he doesnt file you win.

cant find the photo of the engine bay, have to load up again. But thanks omni...but if i file and extension does the declaration count as the court date? and i have to get it in before that time or if i lose the dec that court date remains correct?

that prob made no sense, in other words if i lose the dec do i get another court date besides my extension?

I take it you went through all this? what they get you for?

You don't get it. If he's stock he should not have to be paying one penny. Why would he pay $725 he is a ra-tard

hes mopar stg2 with intake and bov.
the intake is carb legal but the bov is not. hes not gonna win if he takes it to court they are just jerks at the courts and know nothing about cars.

Drew you just said he is stock. That's why it would be stupid to pay it, because all cars stock from the factory can't get ticketed like that. They are all carb legal from the factory.

lol. I'm glad this dude is paying the ticket. Especially if he's retarded enough to pay when his exhaust is stock.

there is no court fees unless you lose... also, there is no possible way to lose when your car is stock... they're gonna ask the cop what is illegal on the car, and if it's stock there's nothing he can say and he would automatically win...
