Turbo would be the best way to go from what I've seen. It seems to put out a good amount of power and more reliable. The ratio of people that have/had a tvs is pretty high. I'm pretty sure all of them blew their motor because the tune wasn't perfect, but hey if you can get a really good tune then go with tvs.

Nitrous is the cheapest way and its not unreliable. Just get someone who can tune and don't spray every single time u drive lol. The motor is strong enough for a 50-75shot no problem plus it will not affect ur mpg or drive ability.
Tvs is a waste of money barely anyone makes over 300whp

zack made those same numbers on 60s, 2.8, and 75shot on 93octane tho. even 50shot would be a good increase and give u better power than a tvs. just my 2cents
maybe we will then get to see a tvs, meth, and supporting mods lsj vs 2.9, 42s, 75shot, and supporting mods lsj

no point in spraying my car til i get my trans. but that will prolly be my final mod if i want to hit under 12.9, heads/cam or s/c is expensive as hell for v8s. cant beat 50-100hp for 700bucks or less specially since LSx motors love spray
and didnt use it in the cobalt cuz i wanted to run a different setup if i kept it to be different since chris had spray. was gonna do ported head, valve springs, and meth (had in my trunk for a month)

Yep yep. Track Masters Racing is absolutely the best I've run with (Haven't had the chance to run with SpeedVentures though...)
$300 is just about the cheapest you can run at Laguna Seca and Track Masters Racing doesn't put a **** load of cars on track like other groups (I'm looking at you NASA).
Pretty much stock. GMS1, Nitto NT05 tires, Cobalt Friction XR1 pads, super blue brake fluid. No bottoming out on the corkscrew There were a whole bunch of guys getting dinged on the sound restrictions. Some cars had ridiculous muffler setups so they could pass.
That's 425... That could buy a lot of track time at Thunderhill
