Are you trying to buy the vinyl or have someone install it? Any tint shop should be able to cut you a deal. Just gotta be a hard ass. Tell them the price you want to pay. If they say no, tell them you can find a better deal elsewhere. I would walk in...say 'I want to pay $XXX for vinyl and intall and if you can't do it I'll go somewhere else'. There's so many places that can do tint in the bay area that you're bound to find somewhere that will do it for the price you want. If you ONLY want the vinyl and will do the install yourself(which is easy btw. hardest part is measuring) then I'd say a sign/advertising store is your best bet for raw materials.
