Psyko Tune Meet-Coming Soon
#28
my bad. i meant to say LS2edit. SCT is the software Hahn uses to make their tune for the 05-06 LS, but they have not released general tuning, so SCT dealers cant tune for the L61. Regardless, the same holds true that LS2edit only works for 07 and up L61's. IDK if it will work with the LAP, but it definitely doesnt work for '05-'06 L61s. I do my homework on my car very thoroughly, and if I was wrong, then you need to make an announcement to the whole forum that also knows that there is no tuning for '05-'06 L61s. I would also go out and buy that software right now...lol

I have a quick question, Psykostevo, are your tunes "canned-tunes" meaning a general tune uploaded to your car, or are the tunes made on a car by car basis? Meaning do you tune to the individual cars specifications with a wideband type tune or is it a general tune that suits all of that type of car?

The stage 2 equivalent tunes are simple. If you just want the stock Stage 2 tune that's kind of a waste on the 07 because of the funky idling issues it causes on some cars. Last Stage 2 I tuned made 248fwhp and I think 235fwtq. I didn't do anything crazy on it, and it drives great. I've tuned SO many of the LSJs that it's like second nature to me. I think I tuned about 100 or more of them. Some people don't believe how many people I tune, but it's real. I have tuned as many as 14 in one day, so I stay busy.

We're having issues getting it registered in Arizona. They took all of the Federal ID stickers off the car so it is having to go through a Level 2 State inspection. Hopefully it passes, because it's a serious examination of the car.
