Picked up another project this weekend. It's not really a "project" car other than needing to have the blower rebuilt due to some bearing noise and a couple electrical/engine management items that need re-wired. Also saves me having to install the supercharger kit on the other SVT that I've had for years.

his power steering is fucked up so it sounds like its supercharged when he is driving it haha
he blew the motor like a yr or so ago and brought the focus back to live a few months back

The ST was nice for those wanting a sedan. Many of the Focus community didn't take too kindly to the '05 cars when Ford pawned off a cheap refresh while Europe got an all-new car. The 2.3L Duratec in the ST is a great engine and they used some of the SVT suspension bits in the car, but Ford dropped the ball in overall performance compared to the older cars.
This is SVT number three for me. I bought one new when they came out in '02 and Ford ended up buying it back due to some first year teething issues. I still liked driving the car enough to track down one of the last remaining new '04 models and flew to Texas to buy it in summer of 2005. My parents were driving that one for a hwile why I was overseas but I still have it along with this new one I picked up. Basically everything I'd want to do to my other one has been done to this car. Should be pretty fun. It's already dyno'd much higher than both my SS and SRT-4.

I'll see if I can dig up some old video clips online. This is my third SVT and I bought my first '02 new around the same time as the original owner bought this one and remember when the blower went on (it was the first development car). There used to be some vids I remember of it on the street and beating up on "certain" AWD imports around Buttonwillow and Willow Springs.
