i dont thinkg you can do a TBD for a ref ticket, gotta appear in court due to no $$$ for the offense until your found guilty.

i am gonna challenge the ref. it took 4 cop cars, 8 cops and 1.5 hours for those dumbasses to figure out what a manual boost controller was cuz i sure as hell wasnt gonna tell them i knew what it was. long story short i am gonna ref with the MBC on and show them it doesnt affect the emmisions and i am gonna claim it was on their from before, but very well hidden. hopefully they buy it.
