pedders springs are a better spring than what comes on most coilovers (though you can get a really nice (and expensive) set of coilovers which will probably be better), and Konis...well...they have a Koni cup car race (cobalts won too) just as an example to Koni's quality.
Plus it should be less than $1,000 for everything...which is just about how much the cheaper coilover setups run anyway

this would be the suspension to have on the cobalts and change the springs to whatever you need with eibach springs if you dont like whats in the kit. it is expensive but totally worth it.

Yes bilstein sport shocks nitrogen filled buy bilstein doesn't sell them for cobalts so they are sport dampeners with custom brackets welded on fit factory mounts. Idk what the springs are but u can definately change out to whatever springrate u want with eibachs. I would change out if I got em

Well if u dint know suspension then don't touch it cause it's easy to get it wrong. Personally the best shocks every are jrz and I'dake them fit if the car was worth it.
