Yeah, that'll do it! My buddy Rob hasn't gotten a traffic ticket in 4 years because of that thing Doing 40 over...written warning! Sidenote, finially went on my run down Sunset last night near UCLA, and holy ****! Saw a Z28 pulled over by 2 squad cars so I figured "well, they must be busy, here we go!" I was pleasently suprised by the handling at some pretty tough limits.

 

i got pulled over for blowing through a town at 3am at 90mph. guess what the speed limit was? 15. got a verbal warning of "tkae it easy for the rest of the night son"

booyah. but seriously, i did a really stupid thing, and i will never repeat it.

I was last(as usual) and i had a gap between me and the car in front of me, the light turned yellow, and i was still in 2nd so i went WOT then immediately after, i saw the cops, i was like OH ****! haha but then i saw rusty get pulled over ...

 

so after a long days work....the balt is still dead....the timing is perfect...did not jump at all....got new spark plugs and made sure everything was working....i shocked myself...lol....

im starting to think that mayb the ecu is putting out the wrong signals for when to fire the spark plugs...is this possible?

 

is the motor itself even turning?

yes, its cranking and turning...the timing is perfect....and everything looks like its working...

which leads me to believe that the firing order is wrong...that the ecu is putting out the wrong signal at the wrong time....is this possilble?

is it possible you have any of the plug wire crossed, putting them into the wrong cylinders. any codes?

 

yea i can bring it to the meet...that shouldnt be a problem...and then hook it up to someone else car...is that what you mean?

no the wires are impossible to cross...i have the drop in not the single plug like the 07's...

i do have 2 codes...one of them is a relearn of something i cant remember of the top of my head...i think it was the crankcase relearn...but it was running fine before even with that code...it was something vince was working on fixing

and the other one its some other relearn....

i probably just answered my own question....

well im not trying to screw up anything in someone elses car...but as long as he doesnt start their car i dont see the problem in doing this

well who is willing to volunteer their car for this dynamic fix?...im guessing its going to need to be a 05-06 2.2
