since it is not carb legal. and you
can say you are goin at the flow of traffic
which if you where goin the speed limit can
cause an accident. i forgot what law it is

if you extend the court date they will give you
a 3months extension. file for trial by declaration
the cop will not remember what transpired 6+ months ago
you have a high chance of them not responding because they dont
get paid overtime for filling out 6pages of paper work
to respond to your trial by declaration.

Hey cole don't argue your speed just say that you were traveling at a speed that you considered safe under the conditions of the road. Don't admit to going a certain speed. Just ^^ go to ticketassasin.com there's a lot of good info on there.

i know!!! and they got me for having an intake too. so gay. they said my gauges were illegal too. wtf! and obd 2 guage and a defi boost gauge. he told me the plx was a programmer... i politely told him that he is wrong. still ended up on my ticket. im fighting this ****. i was not going 80
wheres your defi boost gauge connected to?

what do you mean? i have it hooked to 3 different power sources plus its taped into my vacuum line.

gauges are only illegal if they are hooked up to any emissions equipment. if yours is in the stock location then your good.
also if you dont want to go back to your stock intake i would get an AEM. they are C.A.R.B. legal.
the CA refs take their sweet ass time looking for ANYTHING they can fail you on.
