it depends on if the fluttering is the actual wastegate itself or your turbo having compressor surge... i couldnt tell you unless i heard it.

i would still drive it, just try to stay out of boost as often as possible.

check your turbo this weekend also to see if there is any shaft play.

 

the turbo was checked out and it was good...there was no problems...where do you live...ill let you look at it if you dont mind
