Hey guys I need some help, opinions, suggestions. I just recived my coilovers today with the adjustable endlinks. Should there be anything I should consider before installing. Any concerns about coilovers.

just make sure the endlinks are adjusted to the exact same length

steering rack spacers are a must, but they depend on your drop.
Are you at stock height now?
If you are measure from the ground to the fender lip in the front.
After install and ride height dial in, measure again, that's the drop you use for ordering the spacers.

nope, jack up.
Front:
remove wheel.
remove top bolt on swaybar endlink, you don't need to take the bottom off
remove 2 knuckle to strut bolts, make sure to support the knuckle/hub to keep axle from over-extending
remove 3 little nuts from the top of the strut where they bolt to the body, stock strut should come out easily.
Install is reverse of removal.
Rear is simple.
Remove stock shocks, install and put in top bolt on both new coilover shocks. top bolt is 18 or 19 mm, bottom is 21mm.
remove stock spring, making sure to take notice of the bump stop and bearing locations
install new rear spring and spring perch on either top or bottom according to what brand you have?
support rear axle and place bottom bolt on the new shocks.
Done.
Adjust ride height.

IMO i didnt notice too much of a difference from the spacers. Course i put in a front sway bar at the same time..but i never really had issues with bump steer
