cool. we would have alot of cars that would be off the road if they brought emission testing to alberta. all we got are out of provinces and if your car is 12 years or older is has to pass a safety inspection before you can get insurance

depends on which city you go to. toronto is pretty bad atleast the last time i was down in that area anyways. calgary's not too bad. you don't see too many clunkers around anymore not since they did the car heaven deal (trade in old car for a credit towards new car).

ya thats -40f as well. and this past winter here there were days were that was without windchill. for a month or so the average temperature was about -30c (-22f)

 

ya i must say id prefer smog and ugly skies over freezing weather.. double freezing weather

sure SO CAL is nice..

to you maybe. i wouldn't live in a heavily populated area though, probably in a smaller surrounding town but close enough to a big city
