Looking at the photograph you can see clearly that the rearview mirror and the sun visor is blocking half of the head of the driver. So what does trial by declariation exactly works?

 

fill out a form explaining why you dont think you deserve the ticket (couldnt have been speeding, insufficient evidence, anything you'd use if you were in court). The cop writes one that explains why you do deserve the ticket. A judge reads them both and decides.
If you dont like the decision, you can request a trial de novo, which means a new trial in person and the trial by declaration then doesnt count.

basically, its a free shot at getting out of a ticket, because if the officer forgets to write his argument or forgets to send it in, you automatically win.

the xrs is a decent engine 2zz but I dont think it would take a speed6 on the hwy like that, the speed6 didnt even look like it was trying....

 

Really, becuase I have a court date coming up (June maybe) and I was driving with no license and cop got me for speeding. I was just gonna take as it is, plea no contest. It happened in Nov. 09'. I had fought a ticket before and won the case becase the court date was like 6 months after I got the ticket, and the cop probably didnt remember me. Think it might work? Oct. 09' till June plus have to write and try to remember me......maybe?

Im eligible to get my license back in June, I dont want this ticket to affect more. But if I gotta take it, then **** it.

dictated the speed u were goin , for safety reason. idk how to word it
