Yes you do. Thats why you keep your laptop on you at all times, So that you can switch your tune from agressive to DD for any little scion that looks you way while driving. LOL

It's as simple as popping the hose off your pcv fitting on the back of your valve cover, placing a filter and plugging the hose.
If you want to do it properly, un-bolt the valve cover and weld a 10an to the back of it.
You have all the tools in front of you to tune your car, with guides and configs at your disposal.

Your maf refuses to dial in because as soon as you turn closed loop back on (closed loop, normal tune) your stft and ltft go into effect and skew your cruising and idle maf cells.
Like I said, it's all in front of you. Now put it to good use
as for timing and top end.. yes...... that is the point :/
- Though it's going to allow you advance spark through out your entire powerband, not just top end.
