haha that sucks that all you guys need that cable thingy for your ipod i got a usb plug right on the front of my deck haha

I had that in my 09 lt but in this 08 ss its cheaper to but the radio link then to buy the 09+ usb radio. Link=130 radio=400 which one sounds more practical?

Well, the bastard child radio's int he 05's and 06's don't have that.

The USB radio is nice because you can control the ipod with the steering wheel controls.

well where my ipod sits its easier for me to get to than reaching up to the radio plus i usually dont mess with it while im driving and ya i did eric it was like 3 hours later but i did i was at work

With that adapter that me and andrew have the steering wheel controls work. They are delayed thoug in order to change song u have to hold it for a second to register the command. I believe this only works for 07 and up possibly 06 as it is listed in the instructions

Yeah they failed on the radios in our cars, they weren't thinking ahead. I just put in an AUX today. It's noice!

Meh IMHO if I had a pre 07 HU I would just put a nice aftermarket pioneer in. To each their own

PAC was just easier, cheaper, faster, want it for CED no way I'm driving 900 mi w/o iPod.
