Hydroponics are not just limited to the use of illegal substances. You can grow just about anything in hydro systems....for example...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9CHztzjqC-A
it is 110% legal or else companies like that one I posted in the original post wouldn't exist.
BTW, system is cleaned and ready to ship. Only thing is the pebbles are still a little moist and I don't think they will fully dry out.
