I wouldnt use those for best quality use H&R i bought mine for 230 shipped on ebay Drop is 1.5 in front 1.8 in rear any lower you kill your ride....

 

62k miles with these springs now I put them on when I was at 20k and my struts are still mint! very good springs for a mild drop, and an amazing stance!

Okay first off progress is a great quality springs, only different from H&R and progress is the name and the size of drop. And no you can go lower than that and won't kill your ride why do you think sportlines are the biggest seller? they got the biggest drop and from what I hear no complaints on those springs.

SPRINGS are only designed to drop / hold your car up. ITs all in the shocks.

so you can but $100 springs or $1000 springs. It wont make a difference unless you have properly balanced shocks/coilovers to go with that specific drop spring...but to most, being used on the stock shocks it will not be much of a difference.

You wont be disappointed in the ride very controlled not bouncy or rough. Stance on my G5 Lt with 17 and 205-50-17 is about 1.25 inches of clearance between top of tire and fender lip front and rear.

 

just got my rims today springs would void my warranty and i would rub prob
