are these white halos? i kinda want red but these white ones dont look too bad and it would say some money. just wondering if there white or blue since they have a blue tint to them.

well patrick.. im very angry!!!! haha not at you but at ups.... now im looking at my new car that i picked up today... with no new headlights or hids... and i dont feel like putting in my intake or sts because i wanted to do it all in one night!!! hopefully i can pick it up from their warehouse tomorrow... otherwise i might explode with rage haha
