your car only has 5 years warranty...what happens after that? lol As long as you install them correctly, they will last forever. These are very high quality.

Hate to sound annoying, but I am leaving for some time on Friday and I'm hoping to have the HID kit installed by then. I was wondering if you had received the regular HID kits yet from the factory? If so, when did they ship to us?

A detail missing from the first post, what service (USPS, UPS, Fedex) do you use to ship once you have the HID kits? I assume it's just standard ground shipping to? I'd like to know since they all arrive at different times of day to my apartment building.

Thanks for your help! I'm looking forward to putting these bad boys in!

No these kits are for the Cobalts, They wouldn't work on other cars. The wattage and temps are up to you though, it's all about your preference. 55W is brighter than 35W

if you by just an HID kit and not retros, then yes the ballast and the single beam harness will work on other cars

for wattage i would go with 35W
