With the notch facing up, black wire should be to the left, and red should be to the right. Also your PINs in your 9007 plug could be bent. Or it just may be your fuse for your high beams. I test each and every setup on my personal car before there shipped.
harness looks like how you described and the pic above and the fuses look good no breaks but we got hammered over the weekend so when its nice im gonna take them out and recheck all the connections make sure nothings pinched. but the lows work great. and im lookin at ur instructions over and over and in your halo pics the passenger side has a blue plug and i didnt have that the passenger plug on the head light is just hanging there??

Yes, you only need to connect one blue OEM plug to the HID harness. Think about it this way, the harness doesn't need 2 sets of 'inputs' from the car, which is what the blue plug is.

Alright just making sure because the blue plug on the pass side is dangling and i wanted to make sure that wasn't the reason because of not completing a full circuit or something

They look correct, just make sure the pins are not bent and are making a connection. Sometimes with the 9006 plugs, they will plug in fine but the pins will go behind the actually connector inside if that makes sence.

So if you push them to far together it may not work? I'll try Tom

I've had an issue creep up on me here. I have noticed when the lights turn on, or are already on, that they are causing a LOT of interference in my radio, both AM and FM. I'm guessing the ground may not be good? This might also cause that strobe effect I see when the car starts with the lights on? If this sounds logical, I will get some sand paper and try to clean up that grounding post better...

Damn... What kind of voltage and amperage are these things running at to cause that kind of interference???

its more or less just having unshielded power like cars had back in the day for spark plug wires. Turn the radio onto a certain station and you could hear the engine ticking away. Its just power surging through the body. Not much you can really do other than invest in an ipod/cds lol

Swap the bulbs around, COuld be a slight mm difference in the design causing the color to be different. usually its the spacing.

It would be warrantied most likely by TRS. Could also be a ballast.
