I do not understand your question. All HID Kits start at $49.99. Prices go up depending on options.

Single beam kits are just LOW

Bi-Xenon Kits are both HIGH and LOW

Couple questions:

1) Do I need a relay harness for my fogs? Or is this just for the regular headlights due to the DRL?

2) Is slim ballast necessary for fogs? I don't remember how much space I have under the headlight support...I already have regular ballast HID headlights installed...

i have a relay for my fogs as well but its not needed but recommended and i have my fog light ballast under my headlight bracket

No but they are HIGHLY Recommended

No I have regular ballast for Head and Fogs but Slims make it easier to fit
