Exclamation They're HERE!!!!

Hey Guys!!!

IT IS TIME TO GET EXCITED!!!

The boards have arrived and I have built one this afternoon! Anyone that has soldered SMD components before will give me mad props for doing this in 0603 scale...

Here's the picture with the enclosure.

I don't have the board in the enclosure yet because I need to make the holes first.

Here is a picture from the other side!

For giggles, here is a shot of the bottom. Notice that the microcontroller has not been installed yet. I am just working on programming it!

Anyone curious about the size??

Allow me to answer that for you!! F'n SMALL!

PM ME TO GET YOURS TODAY!! Offering a $15 discount up until Christmas!

Yeah, these things are pretty small. Going to do the final tests tonight, then it's hardcore manufacturing time to fulfill all of the orders that I've received. Hopefully I will be shipping on Wednesday this week.

Everything seems to be testing out good on these modules. I will install this one in my car tonight and see how it goes. I'll keep everyone posted.

WOW! Exactly what I was looking for!

Do you think this will also work on a 2002 Z24?

Yes, this power window module should work on ALL cars that do not already have auto up/down functionality.

I will also be including instructions on how to get this module to react to alarm systems as well for those that want to be able to remotely up / down their windows.

Bad news guys, I accidentally F'd up the voltage divider circuit on these modules (the easiest part!), I also accidentally shorted a resistor to ground. They work great on my desk under low current, however, as soon as it put it in the car, SMOKE!!! I need to order another round of PCBs (8 Days Delivered).

Sorry about the inconvenience guys. Let's make that discount $30 until Christmas because of this f'up ($69.99 +sh).

Orders placed now should arrive just in time for Christmas. Guys keep in mind that the power window modules will work for any car that doesn't already have the functionality!

Current Deals
  • $69.99 +sh (2-Door Window Module)
  • $129.99 +sh (4-Door Window Module)
  • $119.98 +sh (2-Door Window Module & Sunroof Module)

Ask anyone that owns one of the sunroof modules, these products are well built and very robust. I have operated my sunroof on auto in temperatures ranging from -30C to +30C without any issues.

People always ask me what shipping costs... I charge a flat rate of $20. FedEx usually ends up charging me anywhere from $18 to $23, $20 seems to work out OK.

Please send me a PM to purchase your kit today!

Here is a picture of the power window module and enclosure:

Note, I am currently shipping version 1.1, version 1.0 was a fail.

Outstanding! I see there is a sensitivity adjustment pot, I assume that's the load shutoff adjuster? I can't wait to have these little boxes installed!

Yup, the pot is used to adjust how much force is needed to stop the glass. Everyones windows are slightly different.

A lot of window modules will only do up or down not both. So to add up AND down to a two door car you need to get a four door module. Can you clear up how to make these modules function for up and down windows as I have two auxiliary's ready for this on my Compustar alarm? If you can clear up your instructions on the forums or in a PM I am ready to go on sunroof and windows.

The guy that ordered on the 26th just purchased the sunroof module, those I have in stock and ready to ship. The power window modules were still in development when you purchased, I have a working module at home now and have placed a new order with my PCB printer which should be arriving shortly. I am really sorry about the delay , with Christmas and the various holidays happening abroad, this board seems to be in a constant state of delay.. There are quite a few people that are in the same situation..unfortunately.

This module is awesome like that, you don't need to buy 2 different modules if you want both up and down, that'd be pretty lame.. These are a single module (pictures above) that will enable both up and down functionality with safety features.

WRT the compustar alarm, you will need to run a new power and ground to these modules so that they are always powered up. With that, all you need to do is splice in one of the auxiliary outputs of the alarm module to the header labeled "switch 1" or "switch 2", details will be in the manual. This is pretty simple, you could run 2 aux outputs of the alarm to the module and have remote up and down as well .

Exclamation

I had a pretty good negotiation with FedEx today... I am now able to offer overnight shipping to anyone in the US willing to pay $40, or anyone in Canada willing to pay between $17 and $40. As it turns out the more that I ship with them, the better the discount... keep the purchases coming. Again, the following deals are in effect.
  • $69.99 +sh (2-Door Window Module)
  • $129.99 +sh (4-Door Window Module)
  • $119.98 +sh (2-Door Window Module & Sunroof Module)

Don't miss out on this limited time offer guys. Only 1 weeks left before I will be forced to end the sale.

Send me a PM to purchase.

sent you a PM for an invoice I'll be sure to throw up a tutorial with some pictures on how to get these working with an aftermarket alarm for all the faint at heart. Was definitely the icing on the cake for a purchase finding out these would also do the roll up and down feature.

My PCB printer has assured me that he will have them to me before the end of the first week in January.

I would like to sell 3 more before the end of this year...

Here is what I'm proposing.

The person to PM me and pay their invoice will get $50 off of their order, the next will get $45 off, and the next will get $40 off. After this I will have lost enough money on these boards and will need to maintain the regular price for a while.

I know that we are past the 45 day paypal window for some of the orders, however, I assure you that I have not forgotten about you and will be shipping those orders first!

Happy Holidays everyone!
