well dude. i understand where your coming from but if they dident charge a fee people could cancle when ever they wanted. its a contract your sigining to buy goods. and canceling is like breaking it.
i get that the "restocking fee" in your case is sorta stupid but maybe talk to them instead of just posting.

actually i canceled it...and then got charged 10percent restocking fee, for a item they dont even have on hand...so they took my money to hit a key stroke on the computer...Never doing business with OTTP again...TurboTech Racing doesn't pull **** like this.....

Just need to verify timeline and price, and of course I would pick up.

Ugh...well don't deleat my positive post.
This is a awesome sale and it's great that OTTP is helping out the Cobalt community with this deal as well as inovating new products. If I were getting a deal like this I wouldn't be complaining about the wait for shipping. IMO 3 months is a fair trade for getting 50+ bucks off of the best springs in the business. I've pm'd them several times about this and other things and always received a reply within a day. Great communication and they wanted to help in any way they could.

How? its stated right in their terms and conditions. It is public knowledge. You didn't read it.

so ottp should do work, that you created, for free? even if you canceled the order they still have work on their end. AND like they said, their accountant has to file that transaction, even if it didnt go all the way through.

If your order has been shipped you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Your fee will be based off of the whole order amount including shipping and tax. Phil, be patient. OTTP is working as best they can. They cannot make a ship sail faster through the ocean for you as much as i'm sure they wish they could.

My business advice would be that they need to speak with their suppliers, because months ago they thought they were getting more than they actually got (that is the impression I get) which, as a customer, should be unacceptable when your supplier doesn't follow through.
What this really translates to is that I can't freakin' wait till I get my springs!

Damn you guys need to find some patience. Josh has told you everything you need to know.
I doubt anyone has waited longer for their springs than I did. Pedders is just extremely slow.
