When and where? Wish I had some CABS and FE5 LCA's to install along with an FE5 front sway and end links.

I still need to get my car back up off the ground to check out the front struts...the pillow mounts need to be looked at/adjusted soon before I cause some kind of damage or where something out. Too much clunking in there...great news is I work at Domino's pretty soon here and tomorrow evening...tonight after work, Rock Band party at Matt's house...hell yeah! So hopefully I'll be awake during the day tomorrow to do it otherwise Sunday at the latest.

I think Pedders goofed the rear springs some on this batch. Two things stand out. The coil winding is too tight towards the ends so you can't fit the bump stops back on. I whittled the circumference down some and still had to hit the platic parts with a mini torch. Lithium grease alone wasn't enough, and it was so badly mismatched at I think the plastic would have cracked. The other thing is that I'm quite surprised how little space there is between the rear coils. I would not be surprised to hear them bind.

Here's a pic of my Sportline spring vs. my Pedders spring...rear of course. I don't think they goofed in terms of space between coils..probably just the tightness, but most of us if not all of us have been able to get them on none the less. Maybe yours are just a tad off (wouldn't be all of them though).

*sigh* it's 75 and sunny for like the next week and I'm stuck with a squeaky (blown) driver's side strut until these springs get in...

Bummer! At least spring/summer is just getting started. You should have plenty of more opportunities.
